Aftercare
The colour looks stronger for the first week, then lightens as the skin heals. Keep brows dry and clean, and avoid makeup, sweating and direct sun while they heal.
Good to know before your brow appointment
This shaded style of permanent makeup looks like soft brow powder rather than individual hairs. Because the pigment is placed as tiny dots instead of strokes, it usually suits oily and combination skin well and tends to hold its colour longer than hair strokes. The brows look darker and bolder for the first days, then soften and lighten as the skin heals, so judge the final result after healing rather than on day one.

How is it different from microblading?
Powder brows are shaded with a machine for a soft filled-in look; microblading uses hand-drawn strokes. Powder brows usually last longer, especially on oily skin.
Can powder brows cover an old brow tattoo?
Often yes, if the old pigment is light enough. Very dark or discoloured brows may need eyebrow tattoo removal first.
Does it hurt?
A topical numbing cream is used. Most clients feel light vibration and pressure.
