01About these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use afsoonbeauty.com, book an appointment or receive a treatment at Afsoon Beauty Lounge, 10165 Yonge St., Richmond Hill, ON L4C 1T5. By using the website or booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

02Booking appointments

• You can book online on the booking page or by calling (647) 971-3522. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
• Please give accurate contact details so we can confirm or change your appointment.
• Some treatments, including laser, tattoo removal, mole removal, skin camouflage and scalp micropigmentation, need a free 15-minute consultation before the first session.
• If a deposit applies to your treatment, it is shown before you confirm your booking.

03Rescheduling, cancellations and late arrival

• To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or call the studio. Please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to another client.
• Late cancellations and missed appointments may lose any deposit paid, and may require a deposit for future bookings.
• If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rebooked so the next client is not delayed.
• We may occasionally need to reschedule your appointment. If this happens we will contact you as early as possible and any deposit will be moved to your new time or refunded.

04Prices and payment

• Prices are published on each treatment page and on the price list. Applicable taxes are added where required.
• Sale prices, offers and packages are valid only for the dates and treatments shown, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
• Your final price is confirmed before treatment. If your plan changes at the consultation, for example more sessions are needed, we will tell you the price before we start.
• Payment is taken at the studio when your treatment is complete. If online payment is offered, it is processed by a secure payment provider.

05Your health and suitability

For your safety you must tell us about any medical conditions, medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent sun exposure, skin treatments or other information relevant to your treatment. We may decline, postpone or change a treatment if it is not suitable for you, and we may ask for a patch test or a doctor's approval first.

Permanent makeup, laser and removal treatments are for clients aged 18 and over. Any mole that is new or changing should be checked by a doctor before cosmetic removal.

06Results and aftercare

Every face and skin type is different, so results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Many treatments need more than one session or a touch-up visit to reach the planned result. Following the aftercare instructions you are given is essential: results affected by not following aftercare, sun exposure, skin type or medication are not the responsibility of the studio.

07Refunds and concerns

Because treatments are personal services performed on you, they cannot be returned once completed and are not refundable. If you have a concern about your result, contact us as soon as possible. Afsoon will review it with you and, where appropriate, offer an adjustment at your touch-up visit.

08Conduct and safety at the studio

We want the studio to be calm and safe for everyone. We may refuse or end a service if a client is abusive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or does not follow safety instructions. For hygiene and safety reasons, please speak to us before bringing children or extra guests to your appointment.

09Using this website

• All text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Afsoon Beauty Lounge or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
• We work to keep information and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If a price is shown incorrectly, we will tell you the correct price before treatment.
• Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Please speak to a doctor about any medical question.
• Links to other websites, such as Instagram or Google, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Afsoon Beauty Lounge is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

11Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

12Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date it is published. This version was last updated on October 29, 2026.
